Incom built the X-wing starfighter to stand up to a lot of punishment, but this one has gone well above and beyond. Luke piloted it through the blistering crossfire of the Death Star trench, fought his way through the Imperial blockade at Hoth, and then navigated an abandoned hyperspace lane to the lost world of Dagobah. Its navigational systems fouled by the charged atmosphere of the humid planet, Luke is forced to ditch it in a swamp. Even now, after all of that, it’s still ready to fly and fight – provided Luke can keep it from sinking.
